Round table meeting with the parliamentary public investment

Wroundith my colleague, PS Dr. Chris Kiptoo (National Treasury), we appeared before the Parliamentary Public Investments Committee on Commercial Affairs & Energy for a roundtable meeting on long-outstanding accounts receivables owed to Kenya Power & Lighting Company PLC.

This constructive engagement resulted in an amicable agreement to unlock critical utility funding, enabling the repair of 13 mini-grids in underserved counties.

We commend the National Assembly for its role in fostering this progressive dialogue and championing solutions that enhance access to reliable energy for all Kenyans
