I held a productive lenders’ due diligence meeting for the 400kV Lessos–Loosuk and 220kV Kisumu–Musaga Transmission PPP Project.

The engagement brought together leading financial institutions—AfDB, EBRD, TDB and FMO—alongside the project implementers, Africa50 and Power Grid Corporation of India, to discuss key matters towards the successful implementation of the project.

The meeting underscores our commitment to promoting PPP projects under KETRACO as a strategic approach to mobilising private investment and accelerating the development of Kenya’s transmission infrastructure.
