I hosted a delegation from the United States, led by Deputy Assistant Secretaries Joshua Kroon (Commerce) and William L. T. Schirano (Multilateral Engagement), for bilateral engagements to explore strategic cooperation in the energy sector.

The engagements focused on identifying viable pathways for a structured Kenya–U.S. collaboration to unlock Kenya’s geothermal potential, advance nuclear power exploration, and support the deployment of AI data centers in Kenya.
