With colleague PS Mr. Mohamed Liban (Petroleum), we attended a follow-up consultative meeting chaired by CS Opiyo Wandayi and attended by Dr. Simiyu the Energy Advisor in the Council of Economic Advisors, Office of the President to assess the progress of priority energy and petroleum projects.

Project leads presented updates on key milestones, existing and anticipated challenges, and the support needed to resolve bottlenecks.

Moving forward, a more structured approach will be adopted to ensure efficiency and the timely delivery of these critical projects.

Also in attendance were CEOs and Board Chairmen from SAGAs under the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum.
