With my colleagues, PS Terry Mbaika (Aviation) and PS Festus Ng’eno (Environment & Climate Change), we conducted a joint development tour of Makueni County, focusing on key projects in Kilome and Kaiti constituencies.

A key highlight of our tour was the KES 1.01B Last Mile Electricity Project in Makueni, set to connect 14,920 households.

This transformative initiative will power homes, schools, health centres and businesses, boosting rural livelihoods, driving local economies and advancing the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda’s (BETA) promise of inclusive development
