Led by the CS, Hon. Opiyo Wandayi, we held a public engagement forum at the Kitui Energy Centre to create awareness on clean energy in commemoration of the International Day of Clean Energy, under the theme “Clean Energy: Affordability, Access, and Kenya’s Energy Future.”

We are expanding access to clean and reliable energy through initiatives such as clean cooking programmes, the Last Mile Connectivity Project, and the Kenya Off-Grid Solar Access Project.

Clean cooking remains a priority and supports social services, health, education, enterprise, and job creation, while strengthening resilience and protecting our environment.
